How do I make a return?

All returned items will be refunded to the original payment method. We accept returns of our goods within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached.

Begin the process by sending us an email with the subject line "Return - Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]".

Exchanges on orders are free. However, please note we do charge a ¥1,000 return handling fee for orders that are returned for a refund. This ¥1,000 fee is deducted from the refund amount.

* Please be aware that Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for returns.

What if I bought an item on sale?

Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?

If the item you received is not in new condition or if there was an error with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@zupinit.com.

Provide your order number along with a photo of the issue, and we will address the situation right away.

How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?

We try to process refunds promptly upon receiving your return package and inspecting the item(s). Typically, this process takes between 10 to 18 days.

Upon completion of the refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.

Can I exchange for a different size?

If you've selected the wrong size, we're more than happy to facilitate an exchange. Begin the process by sending us an email with the subject line "Exchange - Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]". Please specify in the email what size(s) you need for the exchange.

Please note that exchange orders are subject to availability, and while we strive to fulfill them, they cannot be guaranteed. For the best chance of securing your desired size/color, we recommend returning the original item as soon as possible.

If your desired size is unavailable for exchange, you can opt to return the item for a refund.
